SERVICE BEYOND EXPECTATION

A week ago I visited Trappers East Point Store to send in a pair of shoes for repairs. From the minute I walked in the staff were friendly and helpful. They told that repairs should take between 4-6 weeks, but they will try and push it for a faster time since it was safety shoes. Today I got al call to come and collect my replacement pair from their store. The service and attitude of your East Point store is beyond words. Thank you!
