Poor service

Purchase from Trappers Secunda - items did not fit therefor it was returned. At the shop they could not refund me and need to complete some documents for EFT payment that was supposed to happen on Monday. 3 days later still no payment or feedback received from them. Really not happy and will not purchase anything from them again
