We visited your branch at the Matlosana Mall on Sunday, 22 November.<br> <br> We were the only customers in your store and were looking for shoes. No one helped. In fact, all your staff were standing close to the entrance and were laughing and joking quite volubly. I presume that they have met their sales targets for the year and there is no need for assisting customers.
