Pathetic service from trappers cradlestone

I bought a pair of boots from Trappers cradlestone in muldersdrift on the 3rd of February. The pair in stock was too small so they said they would order the correct size and it would take about a week. After a week we enquired if the boots had arrived where we were informed it would take another week to arrive. After this it has only been a up hill battle as each week is a different excuse and a lame apologies. This is unacceptable and demand someone from head office contact me and rectify this issue... The store manager Joe is absolutely out of his depth to fix this issue and can not even offer a sincere apology. The worst service ever.
