I need better service

I bought salomon tackies a year ago at Trappers, Worcester. I took it back to be replaced because of a fault in the shoe in October 2018. I still haven't received the new tackie. Every time they just say they will order it and then they say they can't find my number in the shoe. I don't know whether Trappers or Salomon has git the problem. After 4 months I am really getting fed up!
