GREAT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE

I was shopping for a pair of hiking boots in East Rand Mall. I am a Hi-Tec fan so went to their store.

Service was not very good and the stock in the shop was in short supply.

I then went to Footgear where I have to say that the customer service was again not very good.

At Trappers, Frans greeted me, high fived me as he is also a Hi- Tech fan and did his best to help me. I am happy to say I have a new pair of boots and was even given a discount. Thanks for your friendly and good service Frans.
