Atrocious customer service

I purchased a pair of mens shoes as a gift. The Cresta branch was super helpful and helped me to get the correct size and even gave me discount since the same product was on sale at another store.

The shoe was to small and hence I had to return the product. I went to the Clearwater branch 2 days after purchase where they refused to refund me as they said the shoes were worn. I explained that it's not possible since they didn't even fit. The lady assisting me said she thinks I'm a "****" and maybe I'll have "better luck at the Cresta branch". This insulting accusation was in front of others colleagues and customers who were waiting to pay.

The customer service was horrible!
