APPALLING , HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a Shale Stanley Cup last week Friday and the black colour was what was delivered. I returned it cause I didn’t order that colour. I had to make a follow up myself without anyone calling or letting me know what’s happening with my delivery. I asked SPECIFICALLY for my cup to be delivered TODAY because I’m going to the gym tomorrow and WILL NEED TO USE IT. IT HASNT BEEN DELIVERED. And the consultant promised that it will be delivered today. What is the problem honestly? It’s unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to be worried at all about this because is Trappers MESS NOT MINE. Can someone explain why this wasn’t delivered today please?
