Driver Assault case

<p>10 April 2017 - Transworld Roadfreight's Truck with driver Mr Jabulane Vilakazi was in the Meadowbrook Business estate, Olivedale - when he assaulted my driver without cause. Police were called and we went to open a case of assault. The owner of the company and the manager then spoke to my driver telephonically to settle for a cash amount for him not to proceed with a case, an affidavit was then completed and signed and my driver left to go to hospital as he needed to be stitched up in his face. It is now almost 2 months later, and this company still have not paid the agreed amount to my driver. After more than 6 attempts to phone them, left messages etc. Nobody every phones back and no money got paid. The Driver gave an address that is vague enough in Katlehong that we can not find him and the owner of the company ROB just never returns a message. We spoke to Jaco and Chrismarie on the 19th of April and nothing. I just want to NAME AND SHAME this company. Their driver was so aggressive and they just sweep it under the carpet, what else would he be capable of and the way things are in SA, do we need people like this out in the road? Do we need companies that do not keep their promises and deal with what is right? We have spread the word in our estate about this company - look out for them and be very careful. </p>
