TransUnion not updating.

TransUnion and Finchoice are busy sending me up and down. I have an account with Finchoice that was paid up. Finchoice says they've send for update, TransUnion last updated the account in May 2021. I can't do anything because it looks like I'm over committed while the account is paid up.
