System still has my accounts on my name which has been paid off.

Transunion has my name flagged for accounts which have been fully paid and settled last year. These accounts are still open on their system, when I call i get pushed from pillar to post, thereafter if they are unable to assist me with my query they either leaving me hanging on the line or lie to me that my query has been resolved only to find out nothing has really been done. I t seems that the consultants working there have no clue as to what is expected or what they are actually requested to do. I have to put myself in expense to buy airtime to keep calling and every time i just waste my time on the phone. I have had enough of your incompetency, all I ask is the please sort out my profile as this really has a negative impact on my credit profile.
