ZERO Star for the useless Transunion

I need to rate this ZERO, you can't get help at Transunion. Every credit bureau have remove my name under debt review expect Transunion and when I call them they try to sell me the report instead of removing my name. My debt council company send the clearance certificate for them they even sent me a ticket number back in last confirming receipt of the mail where the certificate was sent. But still nothing has been done
