YOU'RE MESSING OUR CHILDREN'S LIVES IN THE PROCESS.

It's been over 2 months of me emailing, phoning over and over again. Transunion asks me to send documents and the promise to resolve issues in 5 days and then 48 hours but they don't do anything and when you call they promise to resolve over and over again. My husband and I want to buy a house and a car but can't because Transunion just doesn't care and I guess they don't see how much of delicate information they have. Or maybe they're just abusing their power. If there's anyone who knows where this can be escalated to because our children are suffering and we're loosing so much money in the process. And I swear I'll go crazy if I'm told the matter has been escalated when it actually doesn't get resolved. It's our livelyhoods that Transunion is messing with.
