Wrong reports sent to suppliers

Today I wanted to take out a data contract with MTN.<br> <br> A report came back from your company stating that I had judgements and am insolvents. NONE OF WHICH IS true!<br> <br> My record with you is clean! I re-checked today.<br> <br> You are bound by law to give accurate information and to clear any bad records after five year especially if asked to do so, and I HAVE BLACK AND WHITE CONFIRMATION from you that my records are clear.<br> <br> I insist you tell me how this happened and a guarantee that it WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!!<br> <br> Please also supply me with the details of any ombudman I can lay a formal complaint to as I believe you do this to more people,<br>
