Wrong listing

<p>I have not taken any new debt since last year March but my credit report indicate that there's a listing by a certain creditor. I tried to contact TransUnion about this the 30 March and yet to receive their response. They were quick to respond when I asked about purchasing a product with them but too slow and taking their time on reponding to matters that matter.</p> <p>Could this listing agencies be good for consumers or good for making money for themselves?</p> <p> </p> <p>This cant be that someone who has been a member since 2010 and loyal in purchasing products can be treated in this manner.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to know what transpired to the new listing?</p>
