worthless

I am so fed up but I need to get this sorted, I have emailed my documents how many times to Transunion and still nothing has been done to clear my name. Why do they give a number if you hold on for hours at a time. I have tried the whatsup group still nothing this women tells me I have to phone in to the call Centre try it please You will not get through to speak to a so call agent. I have been off Debt review for over a year i have send them the documents and still NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. TRANSUNION IS USELESS SERIOUSLY I need to get this sorted
