Worst service ever

The worst service ever. The consultant put me on hold for over 5 minutes, then from there he put my phone on mute. At 5pm he cut the call. I even have proof of the minutes I was holding on the phone as I took screen shorts. SO who is going to reimburse my airtime and time I spent holding since I look like the fool in this instance.
