worst service ever

I've been using the same address for years and hand no issue with confirming ANYTHING. all of a sudden I'm being told that Springs is not under Ekurhuleni??? I have called since early 2020 and now I'm being sent back and forth because your system as changed my details. please sort it out as I need my recent credit report asap!!!
