Worst service ever!!!!!!!

<p>I was sequestrated over 3 years back and got rehabilitated early this year, I have then phoned all the credit bureau places including Transunion and asked them what is needed for my profile to be up dated and to cleae my name.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told what to send to transunion and did send it after how many phone calls made asking if they did receive it, they confirmed that they did and that it will take 20 days before my name will be cleared and my record will be updated.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 20 days I phoned them again and Joleen said that everything is up to date and the rehabilitation is loaded. So i have app**** for credit at Home choice a few months later, Home choice as brilliant in service as they are advised me that my records with transunion is not updated, i have phoned Transunion again held for ages and finally the consultant said yes the accounts was reactivated on my profile. What the hell don't you understand if a court order says that you are sequestrated and rehabilitated? I have then dealt with Joleen again and she said that she will update the accounts and that it will be cleared as it was part of the sequestration, she then promised it was done. </p> <p> </p> <p>So i have tried to apply with Sheet street for an account yesterday anf guess what got declined because your company activated the accounts on my name again, i have then phoned again and after holding 30 minutes your consultant Olive said that I will jave to wait another 20 days for them to activate and update the accounts, FOR WHAT? So that you can activate them again after that? I have then said to her that I refuse to wait and she said that a team leader Bongani will phone me back in a few minutes, not done.</p> <p> </p> <p>You have to learn from Compuscan, they assisted me with pleasure and they were way professional, i have even asked your consultant Olive what is the number of the complaints department, she firstly said she will get the number and after waiting 10 minutes said that you dont have a complaints department, i mean really.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do you know that if you apply with a place for credit and get declined that you can only apply after 3 months again, because your ......people do not do your jobs poor customers like me must suffer!!!!!!!! You are causing me struggle in my life, i need this cleared by no later then Monday the 7th of November and if not i will and trust me i will open a case against you for suffering.
