Worst place ever

I sent stuff through more than a month ago for something to be removed from my name.

Still haven’t received a response.

Tried calling the help desk. After following all the prompts you get disconnected.

You can’t wait for a consultant. You get disconnected. There is a faulty with their lines. You get disconnected. You have to submit via email. You won’t get a response.

You’re basically f*cked. They are absolutely useless.

You can’t rely or trust anything this company does or say they are going to do.

You don’t get reference numbers or anything
