Worst Customer Experience

Trasunion must name itself to TrashUnion. I’ve never met such *********** staff members. You guys made me pass my first verification and reset my username and password smoothly. Next thing you tell me that my address has been changed! Okay who changed it? To what? Then you say you haven’t received my ID copy and your staff members hang up on me every single time I call in! What an inhumane thing to do! Y’all have no regard for customer service and you guys are extremely rude telephonically! I hate this company so much!
