Worst customer care !!!

Good day

The worst service from a credit provider in a long time. I have been trying 7 times this morning 26/08/2019 to try and resolve a issue i have on my credit report. When i go onto my credit report it shows that i have companies which is not showing on the side of transunion. I phoned 7 times already trying to resolve this being send from one persin to the next only to be cut off and then have to start again with id no and security questions. Not being able toget anywhere. So now i given up. Really. I originally contacted them on 05 august got a ticket numbet. Nothing resolved. And please dobt try to phone them !!!! Like i said 7 times in one morning and my issue still has not been resolved. Worst customer care ever !!
