Worst Credit Bureau

I am writing to express my profound frustration and extreme dissatisfaction with the abysmal level of service provided by your organization. According to Hertz car rental, my credit score was on 700 on the 8th March, two weeks later you guys updated your system and said I am now under debt review. I have contacted you guys via all you communication methods to get this updated but you keep telling me that you cannot assist. I asked you guys the name of the company that is supposedly assisting me with this debt review and you guys do not have that data. How do you then update something on someone's credit record when you do not have any information. This is now causing issues for me because most companies use this false data from you to run credit checks and your data is not reliable. I am not under any debt review and do not have any debts that I would want to be assisted with. Does it make sense to you that I have a clean credit score then out of nowhere I am now under Debt review without any missed payment on my credit history. How can I be under debt review when I have a Debt less than R2K? and stop with your standard responses about an Agent calling back because you never call on time. I cannot rent vehicles now because of your False Credit score.
