WORST BUREAU EVER!!!

Been waiting for a dispute to be resolved, after weeks of logging a dispute I was told I didn't sent proof, I finally sent proof, now it's been 20 days & nothing is being said about my dispute, when I call in I kept being told to check my smses. Worst bureau ever!
