Worse service
If there was an option not give you a star i was gonna select it you don't deserve a single start. Busy messing up my credit report by bringing back old account and all these accounts which is Vodacom and aquifin were removed 2 years back, a d aquifin was removed January 2025. But they return these accounts with different accounts number and NU for the past 12 months

01 Apr 2025, 16:06Talking about Agent, that need to still take service desk courses they don't know what they are talking about while they have information infront of them and the system they don't understand it. Why allowing everyone manipulating your system but changing the account number of the account that shouldn't be on the report
