Wonderful Service

I am currently in an accounts dispute with Cell C.<br> <br> I called Transunion's call centre for a copy of my credit report, and I received excellent service from Uraya Govender. Everything from her tone of voice to her attitude on the phone showed a willingness to help, that I haven't experienced in a long while.<br> <br> She did more than was required of her and referred me to their disputes department for further info, which was of a great help to me.<br> <br> Well done Uraya and the Transunion call centre.
