WITHOLDING MY CREDIT REPORT THAT I PAID FOR

I'm so disappointed with Transunion I purchased my report on the 9th of September 2020 till today I have not received my report ,they keep promising me that I will receive my report via email within few hours but nothing. I can't beg for a repot that I paid for, I've contacted the 5 times for the same thing. TICKET 312156
