Why do I pay you????

<p>My credit rating has been unavailable for over 2 weeks now, every time someone promises to look into the problem but never gets back to me. And the issue is on my PC, not on my phone in case you wanted to try that excuse. I pay my fee every month, you're always on time to collect the money. Besides the fact that my profile is down and I'm paying, I have a week downtime every month just before & after my debit order. So what am I paying you people for? </p>
