What a mess - can somebody please help this lot with their website and contact centre

Trying to update my credit report contact details because they have an old number. The website is a complete mess - the web forms for logging the request or just logging a query does not work. I tried to do this a few weeks ago and now again so clearly there is something wrong with the website. Then try to call - ***does not work. Tried ***which does work. Then have to go through lots of menu options - none of which caters for a simple information change request. Then I get the standard very unimaginative recording that they are experiencing high call volumes. Still holding 10min later as I write this. What a mess!
