Voice Prompts Verification

I called in to query about the follow up and all I got was a voice prompts verification demanding that I should count to 9 , I tried that more than 5 times and the voice prompt kept on saying that it was not verified, I mean for heavens sake I needed to speak to a person not some voice instruction telling me to count, my life is so hectic to be told to count like some kid on Grade 1 or something
