Violation of human rights by Transunion Credit Bureau

I am quite perplexed by the tone and they manner in which an "Arthur" (one of your agents) handled my query. I dare you to listen to the call recording and you be the judge. I am/was now that this has taken place, in a process of applying for car finance and was told I'd have to wait for up to 21 days. This is a violation of human rights. We can not have a bureau that prejudices people in this way. I plan to take this further. Below is my dispute which I could not submit online due to a technical glitch.

For one, I don't have a Woolworths account he does. I've never worked for .... Beer wholesalers he has.

Another thing, could you remove the default against my name. I've settled the YDE account in January already.

This information relates to late payment or non-payment of your account/s, where the credit/service provider enforces their rights by taking action against you. A default will remain on your credit report for 1 year. Paid up defaults are removed once confirmation of paid up status is received from the credit/service provider.
