Very very bad service

I have been rehabilitated and have notified TransUnion 3 Nov 2021 It is now more than the 22 days you needed to fix my status You are required to remove the judgment as soon as you receive the rehabilitation certificate as per advise from my Lawyer. Your chat bot is useless and and chat lines do not give proper advice. All say to call the number provided and all they say is to log the complaint. This does not help and nothing gets done. Why can i not get hold of a manager.
