Very unhelpful

I contacted Trans Union on Thursday 25th February to remove a judgement against my name and I was told to send through necessary documents that I had to clear my name. I sent through the documentation that I had immediately then received another sms from them on Friday stating that I need to resend the documents which I did. I just phoned them now and they told me that the letter was not sufficient due to the fact that it didn't have a case number to clear my name. I need to get this thing removed from my name, so that I can apply for a loan to get a new place to live.
