very poor services and unproffessional

i have account with mtn with was open without mt permission and after few month of complain .mtn closed paid all the arreas and send email to transunion and other bereas and my account still not updated, different email was send to them and i even called several times and all the people answering my call will escalate new case ..other will put me on hold and drop the call like linda mabaso and others .it so difficult to receive help from TransUnion ...they dont care as they are not affected .
