very poor and slow service

As a debt Counsellor, i have requested status change for my clients, updated DHS status attached all required documents, i received an emails confirming my clients statuses has been resolved but the Debt Review status still reflects on their credit report all other credit bureaus has updated but only transunion and is always them. I contacted them several times and sent them email every week but nothing is happening it has been months now . The keep on asking me to update the DHS, i have sent them DHS screen shoot with the status change but still is not enough
