Very eye red, frastrated, dissapointed

No respond on our emails, no respond on hellowpeter complains I have sent emails I have write complains no replay at all, they reply here saying we will be in contact to date I never receive any feedback, call or email I have pay my accounts my credit score doesn't change but when I do credit enguiry the score go down but making payment they don't do anything, so my kids can't have a shelter coz we ar leaving in the country whr u get blacklisted and ppl dnt bother helping you I can't get help on their call centre they say I failed authentication they ask me to send my documents I did but nothing is being done, I can't get approved coz my credit score it's very low I dnt owe anything but the credit still down how's dat m very frastrated
