VERY DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am very disappointed with Trans union 's poor reporting. Firstly I settled most of my accounts last moth and its not even updated yet. Secondly my African bank account is settled and close as well of which I only have a current account with them till today my accounts still show outstanding which dropped my credit score drastically. I phoned in and the Consultants are not very helpful as well. It is very unfair to have inaccurate information reflecting on a Consumer 's profile. And why is trans union dictating my life .They are quick to list you and it doesn't take time but to delist you takes over 2 months that's so unfair . I really hate the fact that they can destroy a persons image .
