Very Disappointed

Good evening.<br> I just wanted to bring something to your attention that I'm not happy with. I logged a dispute in March and was told it take 21 working days for the matter to be resolved but up until today the matter hasn't been resolved. What is the use of logging a dispute and being given a date when the matter will be sorted when it doesn't get done. Can someone look into the matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as this is really pulling me back and buying the things that I want because of someone not doing there job proparely. Please treat this as a matter of urgency. I need feedback before close of business tomorrow as the 21 working days are so over we are going into the 2 month now without this matter being resolved. Please put yourself in my shoes and see how this is recalling pulling me back.<br> <br> Hope to hear from you soonest.<br> <br> Thanks
