Very bad service Transunion

Extremely bad service have been trying for over a month to get our name s****ped from the list as judgement was removed over 3 years ago, i have had numerous emails and NO HELP . Empty promises of it only takes a week my foot ! Today alone i spent 47 minutes on the phone waiting for the call centre to answer! Ridiculous is what it is. Re: 186623 is there someone more competent to help resolve our matter?!
