Very Bad service, No Rather NO SERVICE- TRANSUNION

I have been trying for TransUnion to update my credit score for some time now and they never do. You sent them emails then you get a Auto-mated response of it will take 5 days DUE TO WORKFLOW.....WHATEVER!!!!AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS - I STILL GET THE 5 DAYS NONSENSE!! your problem never gets resolved and no one there has the professionalism to at least give you a call and tell you the progress on your disputes OR JUST TO GIVE FEEDBACK ON MAILS! VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
