Very BAD SERVICE!!!

I purchased a credit report in August 2021 and until today, I still have not received my report! I want my refund if they cannot provide me with my purchased report! How do we fix our credit scores if we cannot receive the information we require to do such! You cannot even get hold of them! This is HIGHLY unprofessional
