Very bad experience with trans union

I phone transunion because they decided to reduce my score. So I wanted to find out what was the reason and I call their credit score department they fail to answer me saying they can’t see anything wrong with how I handle my affairs so since they can’t tell me what is the cause exactly they will transfer me to dispute so that dispute can explain. I then speak to Linda in dispute the guy was clueless with what he was trying to explain. They transfer me back to credit score department still none can explain what is happening and when they can’t answer they mute the calls. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE from the institution that’s supposed to have answers for what they are doing.
