Very angry, takes the whole month to get logging details N***X!

I have logged a call to get my credit status since I could not log into my account on 08th April 2021. Up until now, I have not received my logging details. Have been sent from pillar to post. By different call center people. I want my logging details now. Why did they take up a load of being this Company? they cant even help us. It's going to a month being waiting for my longing details. I must just close shop, they don't know what they are doing.
