Valued member?

I phoned transunion about my credit score. They said its updated annually but if I become a member they update once every 24 hours

So I became the valued member. A week later I got my credit profile. I paid multichoice in full and informed transunion about this. Some time later multichoice shown paid in full. But, why is it still reflecting on my credit score? Why is it still listed? Why does transunion tell me that I have to wait for two years before it can be removed. They tell you to phone multichoice yourself. What does the dispute centre do then? You also get thrown around and bombarded with so many different numbers to call. No one can help. There's no update on your credit profile once every 24 hours. After they mislead you to become a member, all you get is access to your credit report daily. They change nothing. That's your valeud membership you pay for. They don't remove or dispute, they tell you to phone who listed you and you should soet it out with them. Rather get your free report once a year then seeing that transunion does not clear your name, dear VALUED MEMBER
