Utterly poor service this time

I really hope you take this complaint seriously as I am fed up of the empty promises. I had a loan with Atlas finance, I got retrenched and the loan was written off. That's now nearly a year ago. Ever since I'm trying to apply for credit or a loan I get declined. The reason is because this loan from atlas finance has never been cleared from the national credit berua. I have asked the trans union firm to remove this from my name but up until now they have not been able to do so. They do deliver the best service however I do not know why they are doing anything about it now. It's disappointing
