Utterley useless service which i am payiing a monthly debt order fee for absolutely nothing

can someone please for once do your work this has been going on for months loading documents and loading and loading and loading and becoming ridiculous that you not phoning emailing or responding. OR LET ME ASK WHEN LAST DID YOU CALL YOUR ONE NUMBER MORE RIDICULOUS THAN MAILING YOU

i have send numerous requests via this way and no one response,

what is the use of paying you all this monthly fees here and there via debit order to see if anything negative happens on your name.

and when it does and you email all the documents etc no one responds or fix my ITC report i think it is bad practice and immoral that the people here takes money monthly but does nothing worth my while please wake up do your work

contact me and fix my damn report on your system who many more times must i scan these documents to you
