USELESS TRANSUNION AND THEIR WEBSITE

I don't know where to begin. Transunion is such a useless organization, I don't even know why they're still in operation. Their website is as useless as the organization. First I struggle just to upload my documents on the website and resorted to sending my documents via email, even that was a struggle on it's own. When I eventually past the upload documents page on the website I thought finally I'll be able to login. To my surprise that was just the beginning. I've been stuck on login to being sent an OTP then I'm back to resetting my password over and over again, the same thing everytime. I was then told that I can't change password within 5 days of first password change, mind you I never wanted to change any password. What an exhausting exercise. Yerrr you people are useless🤬🤬🤬🤬
