Useless staff

Good day

It has taken me eight years of phone calls to remove my dead husband details of your mailing list. I once again called today and your unprofessional staff now has me in tears and experiencing an anxiety attack.

I had to speak to four different people to explain this simple fact and still they keep on saying I cannot help send an email after I clearly said the email keep on coming back.

I mean really?

Can I send you a picture of his body in the coffin, will this help to get any assistance from you ?

Please remove his details of your list that gets sent to my email/sms details.

Please confirm that this has been removed.
