Useless people working at Trans union

I needed my status to be updated and the accounts removed from my name. I had a debt review status and with the help of Meerket they resolved the staus and provided me with paid up certificate and they included Trans union the places i had accounts with and other credit Bureau. Every other party updated my records in accordance of tthe clearance certificate except Trans union they removed the debt review status but kept the accounts active on my name. HOW THE HELL DO YOU DO THAT???????? I have sent the certificate and Meerkat has sent the information and they have received it cause how else do you remove the debt review status ??? They are the worse people to deal with can someone smart and know how this work please help and assist me cause i cant go back and forth like this
