Useless IVR Options - malfunctioning Website!

I have been trying to upload my FICA documents for years now and I have sent queries numerous times to TransUnion and they only send an "AUTO-RESPONSE" after 20 days giving me a reference but not help! They are useless!!! When you call them you hold for minutes on end listening to their useless IVR that tells you eventually to call another number; that also has IVR options. I think their main objective is for you to give up and just drop the call and they have no interest in helping. Clear Score is they, it is very updated, however because banks and them use outdated scores from TransUnion; we are forced to hold for hours trying to get help! Why such poor service???
